Rum worth finding…
Dunnet Bay Distillers House Rum mastered by their distiller, Kevin, is twice distilled using their bespoke copper pot stills, they only collect the middle cut of the 2nd distillation for use in MapMaker’s Rum. This is then blended with Caribbean rum, Loch Calder water and using expertise, spiced with local botanicals: lemon verbena, scurvy grass, sea kelp and Scottish sea salt.
