WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
At this moment in time, we only accept orders for delivery within the UK (as described by ParcelForce Worldwide as England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly).
HOW MUCH IS UK DELIVERY?
The cost of UK delivery is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of your order. For a full breakdown of weight brackets, alongside the associated costs, please see the below:
Up to 30kg – £5.00
31kg – 60kg – £6.50
61kg – 90kg – £8.00
91kg plus – £10.00
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE UK DELIVERY?
*Orders over £50.00 will qualify for free UK delivery, in the instance that coupon FREEDEL is used at checkout. The FREEDEL coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon. It should be noted that the FREEDEL coupon cannot be used on orders containing more than 10 items, as restricted by the maximum number of cases per order limit.
HOW LONG DOES UK DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days, however this may be extended due to the effects of COVID-19.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Our team work Monday to Friday so the cut off time for processing an order is 2pm. Any order placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day (for Friday orders after 2pm, these will be prioritised for processing on Monday morning).
WHICH DELIVERY COURIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
All orders are delivered by ParcelForce Worldwide.
DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS
Should you place an order for delivery to a business address, please ensure that the recipient (e.g. receptionist) of the order is adequately informed prior to delivery being facilitated. Should ParcelForce Worldwide confirm that delivery was successful, and thus the order has been signed for on your behalf, we will not take responsibility for its delivery to you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an SMS message, from ParcelForce Worldwide, to the mobile number provided during checkout/account creation. Such SMS message will contain a unique tracking reference, of which can be used to track the progress of your order here.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, once confirmed, orders cannot be changed online but if you do spot an error, please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do what we can to accommodate any requests.
