Shipping Policy

At this moment in time, we only accept orders for delivery within the UK (as described by Parcelforce as  England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly).  All orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days, however this may be extended due to the effects of Covid-19.

Our team work Monday to Friday so the cut off time for processing an order is 2pm.  Any order placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day (for Friday orders after 2pm, these will be prioritised for processing on Monday morning).

All orders are processed by Parcelforce Worldwide and can be tracked here: www.parcelforce.com. We offer a flat rate UK delivery charge which is shown at checkout. Orders over £50 will qualify for free delivery at checkout UNLESS they weigh over 30kg. Orders over 30kg will incur a charge notified at checkout as this will require us to send 2 separate shipments sending.

As stated in the terms and conditions of service, this site is protected by an 18+ age gateway and you are purchasing on here accepting that you are 18+ and will not let dependents in the household use your account. On delivery, you could be asked for proof of age if deemed appropriate.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once confirmed, orders cannot be changed online but if you do spot an error, please drop us an email to hello@goodtimein.co.uk and we will do what we can to accommodate any requests.
