This is the website from Global Brands Ltd to allow us to sell directly to the consumer. It is designed for direct sales to individuals and consumers and not to trade customers or for customers who are purchasing for resale. As such, we reserve the right to restrict the number of cases on any single order to a maximum number of 10 cases.

We have provided a range of packages and cases to suit all occasions. If you are looking for something specific, email us at hello@goodtimein.co.uk and we can see what we can do. We will be extending our range as we go including reviewing whether we can offer mixed packs. We are also adding a search function shortly.

Yes, from orders@goodtimein.co.uk but if you have any concerns, please email us. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check that we haven’t stepped into your junk folder! You will receive an email to confirm your order and one to confirm it has been processed. Once dispatched, confirmation will be send from Parcelforce or other Third Party. 

We use WooCommerce for our online shop. We use Stripe and PayPal to process online payments. We use DX to arrange deliveries. Some larger orders may be processed using alternative couriers. All details of this are in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.  

Your products will normally arrive within 2 – 3 working days. Orders placed by 2pm will be processed the same day for dispatch the following day. You will get a text or email from DX if you have provided these details during your order process. 

Our team work 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday so any enquiries made out of hours or over the weekend will be dealt with the next working day.

For full details read our Shipping Policy but DX will deliver your order. If you have received a tracking/dispatch email or SMS, it is always better to chase with DX first before contacting us to ensure that you received the most up-to-date information.

Once an order is completed, it cannot be cancelled or changed on line. If you email us at hello@goodtimein.co.uk we will try to amend your order but it might not be possible. 

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive as it should, please email us at hello@goodtimein.co.uk and we will see what we can do. The Returns and Exchange Policy is here too. 

It will arrive from DX in a brown box marked www.goodtimein.co.uk and tracking information will be provided to you by DX on dispatch. Items over 30kg may arrive in 2 separate parcels.

We offer both Stripe and PayPal for your convenience so you have both options. Occasionally there are issues with the payment engine so you could try reloading the page but if the issue persists, please try the alternative option. Please do not worry, if you make an error, please contact us on hello@goodtimein.co.uk and we will help.

We offer vouchers and coupons through the system occasionally. If you have a valid coupon (i.e. within date limit, valid for items in your basket), then please try again. If it still doesn’t work, email us at hello@goodtimein.co.uk and we can investigate.

This is a new venture for us. We are trying to keep things as simple as possible to avoid errors and issues and have joined forces with DX for delivery. DX will deliver to any UK address and that means any address in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Shetland Islands.

We do this to ensure we can maintain great service and delivery to all of our customers. This website is designed for direct sale to consumers and individuals so the maximum order of 10 cases has been set up to ensure we are not delivering large orders F.O.C. to trade customer or resellers.
