Shipping Policy

For guaranteed delivery for Christmas & New Year's Eve, order by December 18th, normal service will resume from December 27th. Remember to allow up to 5 working days for delivery as our couriers will be busy over Christmas.

At this moment in time, we only accept orders for delivery within the UK (as described by DHL as England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Shetland Islands).  

The cost of UK delivery is calculated at checkout and is based on the value of your order. For a full breakdown of value, alongside the associated costs, please see the below:

All orders placed Monday to Friday before 8am will normally be delivered within 2-5 working days, however this may be extended due to courier delays.

Our team work Monday to Friday so the cut off time for processing an order is 8am.  Any order placed after 8am will be processed the next working day (for Friday orders after 8am, these will be prioritised for processing on Monday morning).

All orders are delivered by DHL.

Should you place an order for delivery to a business address, please ensure that the recipient (e.g. receptionist) of the order is adequately informed prior to delivery being facilitated. Should DHL confirm that delivery was successful, and thus the order has been signed for on your behalf, we will not take responsibility for its delivery to you.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive both an email and an SMS message, from DHL, to the mobile number provided during checkout/account creation. Such email and SMS message will contain a unique tracking reference, of which can be used to track the progress of your order here.

Unfortunately, once confirmed, orders cannot be changed online but if you do spot an error, please drop us an email to hello@goodtimein.co.uk and we will do what we can to accommodate any requests.

As stated in the terms and conditions of service, this site is protected by an 18+ age gateway and you are purchasing on here accepting that you are 18+ and will not let dependents in the household use your account. On delivery, you could be asked for proof of age if deemed appropriate.
