Good Time In | Franklin & Sons cocktail using Mandarin & Ginger Soda

OLD FASHIONED SPRITZ

A CLASSIC WITH A CITRUS HIT

A dark whisky cocktail with a twist. Its bitter flavours are pulled together with Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda to give it an edge of sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 50ml Woodford Reserve
  • 15ml Demerara syrup
  • 3ml Angostura bitters
  • Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Orange Soda
  • Orange twist to garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass and stir
  2. Top with Franklin & Sons Mandarin & Ginger Soda
  3. Garnish with an orange twist

PINEAPPLE CRUSH

A fruity, fresh and fizzy COMBO

A tropical tasting cocktail that packs a punch. The Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda adds a twist of flavour for some real zing.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 40ml RedLeg Pineapple Rum
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 10ml Orgeat
  • Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
  • Pineapple leaves to garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake
  2. Strain over ice and top with Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond Soda
  3. Garnish with pineapple leaves

GUAVA & LIME COCONUT MOJITO

A TROPICAL TWIST ON AN ICON

A taste of the tropics for all year round. The Franklin & Sons Guava & Lime Soda is sure to bring the feeling of a tropical vacation. 

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves
  • 50ml Coconut rum
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • Franklin & Sons Guava & Lime Soda

 

Instructions:

  1. Add ice and mint leaves to a highball glass
  2. Add all the ingredients
  3. Stir and serve with a straw

GIN-GER ALE

A GINGERLY DELIGHT

Sweet yet easy going with only three ingredients to make a cocktail ideal for summer sipping. The Franklin & Sons Original Ginger Ale packs some real flavour.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 50ml Rhubarb gin
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • Franklin & Sons Original Ginger Ale
  • Lime slice to garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a wine glass and stir
  2. Garnish with a slice of lime
  3. Serve with any leftover Franklin & Sons Ginger Ale

ENGLISH ROSE

A TRUE BRITISH TIPPLE

Elegant and sophisticated, this delightfully sweet cocktail is perfect for summer sipping, featuring the Franklin & Sons Natural Rose Lemonade.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 30ml Grapefruit gin
  • 20ml Forty-Five Rose
  • Vermouth
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • A dash of cucumber bitters
  • Franklin & Sons Natural Rose Lemonade
  • Cucumber ribbon to garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Add ice to a wine glass to chill
  2. Add all the ingredients and top with Franklin & Sons Natural Rose Lemonade
  3. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon
