1. 35ml honey gin
2. 20ml elderflower liqueur
3. 20ml honey syrup
4. 15ml lemon juice
5. 5ml beetroot juice (optional)
6. Franklin & Sons Elderflower Lemonade

Add ingredients to a wine glass with cubed ice and top with Franklin & Sons Elderflower Lemonade. Garnish with a lemon peel twist on the rim of the glass and then add a few drops of sweet beetroot juice into the drink for an extra fancy touch.
