Made from 100% authentic Agave nectar from Blue Agave plants. Real Azul Blue Agave Nectar is harvested in the Jalisco region of Mexico, producing a deliciously sweet nectar that is 30% sweeter than sugar but has a low glycaemic index. 

Blue Agave Nectar is perfect in flapjacks, roast potatoes (trust us) and tequila-based cocktails like a Tommy's Margarita or a Paloma. Loved by the vegan community, Blue Agave Nectar is a great alternative to honey and tastes amazing in vegan recipes.
