Distillateur En Provence Mistral Gin is a handcrafted small batch premium gin distilled with provencal botanicals. Basil, fennel, mint, eucalyptus, pink grapefruit and thyme are macerated and distilled separately to capture their most powerful flavours. This pink gin provides a zesty freshness with a faintly sweet and floral taste, juxtaposed with an assertive spice.
