Reàl Ginger Syrup is made using Laiwu Ginger from Asia, known for its fragrant and spicy taste, with notes of sweet citrus and pepper. Ginger Reàl Puree Infused Syrup is made from 12% fresh ginger, and is perfect for adding to drinks and cocktails.
Ginger Reàl puree is made from real ginger and natural ingredients, and is widely used by bartenders for cocktails and mocktails across the world. Briming with authentic flavour, we love using our Ginger Reàl in a Moscow Mule, making our own Ginger Beer in our Soda Stream and of course when cooking up a fake-away.
Signature Cocktail - Ginger Boulevardier (Ginger Negroni)
- 30ml Bourbon
- 30ml Sweet vermouth
- 30ml Campari
- 15ml Ginger Reàl
Method: Stir all ingredients together, serve on the rocks in a tumbler.
