Yuzu Reàl is a tangy blend of yuzu juice, lemon & lime puree's and cane sugar. Mandarin and lemon on the nose with a strong resemblance of oro grapefruit to taste. Best in class ingredients. 

The unique flavour of yuzu syrup will breathe new life into any cocktail that uses lemon or lime juice, such as a daiquiri's, mojito's and sour's. We love its culinary potential from lemon deserts and drizzles to glazes for fish and chicken.

 

Signature Cocktail - Yuzu Daiquiri

  • 50ml White Rum
  • 25ml Yuzu REAL
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup

Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well and serve over ice.

Garnish: Fresh lime zest.
